Cheers to You Birthday Card

Hi,

My youngest nephew recently turned 19 years old. I can't believe that he's 19 already. I don't know where the time has gone. I knew I wanted to use the Cheers to You stamp set to commemorate the fact that he can now legally have a pint or two. For the sketch I went to Sketch Frenzy Friday for SFF092812.

Here's the sketch:

Here's my card:

Here are the details:

CS: Not Quite Navy, Sahara Sand, Whisper White
DSP: Blueberry Crisp
Stamp Set: Cheers to You
Ink: Basic Gray, Not Quite Navy, Sahara Sand
Embellishments: Mini Brads
Tools: Big Shot, Square Lattice Embossing Folder

Thanks for stopping by,
Ana

And the long weekend is over...

My birthday falls over the Victoria Day weekend. What a treat to celebrate my birthday with an extra day off! Well, today reality hits and I'm back to school... marking awaits me.

I thought I'd share these mini thank you cards. They are 2 3/4 X 4 1/4 in size. I used them as "thank yous" for the teachers who helped out with my spring concert. They are all made using the Blueberry Crisp DSP (can you tell I'm trying to get rid of my stash of DSP)???

Thanks for stopping by!

Cheers to You!

Today's card is entered in the Clean & Simple Stamping Challenge 141.
You can check out their website here...   http://cleanandsimplestamping.blogspot.com/

I decided to create a card using the "Cheers to You" set I borrowed from Ana and the Blueberry Crisp DSP that is hiding in my stash! I am thinking that since my Dad really likes the colour blue I will use this for his retirement card!

Details...
CS: Not Quite Navy, Sahara Sand
DSP: Blueberry Crisp
Stamp Set: Cheers to You!
Ink: Not Quite Navy
Tools: Scallop Circle Punch, Eyelet Border Punch

Have an awesome long weekend,
